“When you go home from a bar, noone will knock you down”
The inspiration for the limited collection FLASH were reflectors that are obligatory for every pedestrian at night. I transformed the reflecting circles that people started to wear on their handbags and purses into jewellery.
What emerged was a minimalistic collection from stainless steel, complemented with reflexive fabric which brightens up after having been illuminated. You could say it is a kind of safety jewel to be worn in the city.
There is also a version of this piece without the fabric and there are two versions of a necklace.
The collection was inspired by the sports theme of Designblok 2016. It was presented there in the showroom of Koncept story.
