Kristýna Malovaná


Kristýna Malovaná graduated at UMPRUM, Prague in 2012.

She was co-founder of MORPHE design studio, based in Prague. They were specialized in product, furniture and interior design, exhibition design stands and installations, consultancy and art direction.

Gained experience at several foreign and domestic internships, for example annual stay in Milan, then in Berlin and France. For her work she has received several awards.

Several times she was nominated  for the Czech Grand Design Award in the category Jewelry Designer of the Year. In addition, she was also nominated for several times at the Designblok category in the Best Jewelry Collection category.

She has participated in various group exhibitions worldwide such as the Salone del Mobile in Italy (Milan), DMY Berlin, Czech Designblok in Prague, exhibition in New York and Paris.

Since likes experimenting and expanding her knowledge, she took part in workshops with Makkink & Bey, Estern and Raumlabor Berlin.

Kristýna has very close relationship with the jewelry, which for her is a kind of personal form of expression. That is why her every item is made in a limited edition with typical passion for working with different materials.
